We are looking for someone to join us at the vat and in the aging space — someone interested in raw milk cheesemaking with autochthonous starters.

Making cheese is physical work: repetitive, intuitive, and magical.  

Aspiring and experienced cheesemakers are encouraged to apply. Interviews are underway, so don't hesitate.
