Opening for a Cheesemaker
We are looking for a part-time to full-time cheesemaker (30-40 hours per week) at our family-owned, certified organic, grass-fed, net-zero creamery located in Middlebury. Applicants must be reliable, have attention to detail, be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding setting. Weekends required and some flexibility for weekday scheduling. Prior food handling experience preferred but training will be provided. Offering competitive wages, retirement savings plan and some paid time off.
